An Evening of Dinner, Music and Message to Benefit Bethania Kids
Wednesday, November 17 – Dinner at 6:00 pm; Program at 7:30 pm
Enjoy a delicious catered dinner of Indian delicacies (reservations required) followed by a time of learning about Bethania Kids ministry and needs, mingled with a delightfully eclectic concert of world music by favorite St. Andrew artists. * This event is made possible by a generous grant from Thrivent Financial.
Dinner at 6:00 pm – Donation of $10 per adult, $4 per child OR $20 per family. Reservations required!
- Appetizers: Samosas – seasoned potatoes and peas wrapped in light pastry; Pakoras- vegetables in chick pea batter, deep-fried; Green Salad – with homemade lemon dressing.
- Entrees: Chicken Tikka Masala – aromatic chicken pieces in an incredible curry and yoghurt sauce; Vegetables Jafrezi – cooked with onions, peppers, and tomatoes in a thick masala curry sauce; Raita – delectable whipped yogurt with cucumbers and tomatoes; Basmati Rice -light and fluffy, perfect for curry.
- Breads: Naan and Garlic Naan – special bread cooked in a clay oven.
- Dessert: Indian Biscuits – a sweet crunchy ending!
