Our Stories of Racial Injustice: Members’ Panel Discussion

Dear Friends,

In the midst of all that you may be seeing in the news, I hope you have found our recent communications about racial injustice to be helpful and timely spiritual tools that are rooted in our faith.

Because we also recognize the importance of hearing the personal stories of those who are “closer to home,” I invite you into a conversation among a group of your fellow St. Andrew church members about their own experiences and struggles.  With their stories you will hear words of encouragement and helpful suggestions as we seek to respond in the spirit of our Lord.

I pray that this hour-long panel discussion will be a source of insight, reflection, and blessing for you.  And if you would like to respond with a question, comment, or topic for further discussion, I invite you to email me at mhricko@mystandrew.org.

My thanks go out to Kim Bolton, Gary Fields, Pastor Nick Gonzalez, and Dr. Bruce Hartung for their sharing.  May it strengthen our love for God by strengthening our love for one another.

Grace and Peace, always, in Christ,

Pastor Hricko
