Making A Difference for Christ in India
For 30 years, Bethania Kids has helped bring wholeness and hope to poor, abandoned, and disabled children in India. For many of those years, the people of St. Andrew have partnered with Bethania Kids to answer Christ’s call to serve the needy and preach good news to the poor through this ministry. St. Andrew member Larry Zimmerman currently serves as President of Bethania Kids, and his heart and passion for the ministry has inspired an expansion of that partnership with St. Andrew and others. “Goods for Bethania” Collection
From October through January, we will be collecting a variety of goods for Bethania’s ministry that will be transported to India in a large shipping container arranged by another ministry partner, Orphan Grain Train. Download the needs list and details HERE or pick up a copy at the Bethania Information Table in the Commons. Be generous in donating new and gently used items that will bring joy and hope to children and families served by Bethania in India. Questions? Bethania Sunday, November 19, 2017 – St. Andrew welcomed special guests from the Bethania 30th Anniversary “Tour of Love” and host a concert and dinner to benefit the mission. Over $8,000 and was raised and 12 sponsorships were added. To God be the glory!
